We hope you love your Tarinapala order. If something is not quite right, consumers in Finland and the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at hello@tarinapala.com within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Returned items must be sent to:

Model withdrawal form (optional):

"I hereby withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [ ] Order number: [ ] Date received: [ ] Customer name and address: [ ] Date: [ ]"

Return Conditions

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to examine its nature and function, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value.

Please include your order number or proof of purchase with the return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.

Original shipping costs are refunded only in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take several business days to appear.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item and place a new order separately. Contact us at hello@tarinapala.com if you'd like guidance before returning.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@tarinapala.com as soon as possible with your order details and a clear photo of the issue. If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund including delivery costs and return shipping.

Uncollected Parcels

Failure to collect a parcel is not considered a withdrawal. Orders returned to us as unclaimed may be subject to a €10 handling fee plus any direct carrier return costs.
